1. Data Controller & Philosophy

Unchaos is operated by SynQflows, s.r.o., Reg. No.: 23685450, Czech Republic. Our philosophy is 'Privacy by Design' – privacy is not just a feature; it is the cornerstone of our architecture.

2. Sanctuary Architecture (E2EE)

Data stored in your Sanctuary (journal) is protected by End-to-End Encryption (E2EE). Encryption keys are generated and stored exclusively on your device. As the operator, we have no technical means to decrypt or access your records. Warning: If you lose your access key/password, we cannot recover your data.

3. AI Processing (Zero Data Retention)

When analyzing text via AI (Reality Insight), text is transmitted to our providers (OpenAI/Google) via secure API. We utilize Zero Data Retention mode – data is processed transiently in memory for analysis purposes only and is not stored or used for model training.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase ('right to be forgotten'), restrict processing, and data portability. Due to our E2EE architecture, we can only export your account metadata (email, subscription status); Sanctuary content must be exported by you directly within the app.

5. Billing Information

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
