1. Nature of Service & AI Disclaimer

Unchaos is an AI-powered analytical tool. The service is intended for self-reflection and visualization of behavioral patterns. AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes only. AI can generate inaccurate, biased, or hallucinated information. All decisions made based on Unchaos outputs are the sole responsibility of the user.

2. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Unchaos is NOT a substitute for professional psychological help, medical therapy, legal advice, or emergency crisis intervention. In case of emergency, please contact professional help or emergency services immediately.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Service is provided via subscription. Due to the nature of digital content consumed immediately (AI tokens), we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been used, except where required by law. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time in account settings.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Operator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service. Due to E2EE architecture, the user is solely responsible for their access credentials; in case of loss, the operator cannot recover the data.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
